We use "Standard" and "Deluxe" to denote differences in the finishes of various units. There is no difference in size or layout. Deluxe units may feature luxury vinyl plank flooring, upgraded kitchen cabinets and countertops, microwave, white appliances, new bathroom vanity, and more. All units now feature cordless mini-blinds, white 6-panel doors, new medicine cabinet with overhead light, and USB outlets.

Yes, we all up to two (2) pets per unit. Dogs are only allowed in townhouses and only one dog is permitted. We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile. Cat Requirements Cats must be spayed or neutered and current on all vaccinations. Residents are required to provide proof of shots, as well veterinarian information. Dogs Requirements Only dogs under 40 pounds are permitted.The following breeds are restricted: German shepherds Pit bull terriers Cane corsos Rottweilers Staffordshire terriers Akitas Mastiffs Great Danes Doberman pinschers Dogs must be spayed or neutered and current on all vaccinations. We do have a fitness center on-site, which is available to all residents from 7am until 10pm, consisting of four treadmills, three eliptical machines, two stationary bikes, an ab bench, and a multi-station weight machine.
