First Month's Rent
It's important that your first month's rent is paid 24 hours prior to move-in to be sure that you're able to access your apartment.

If you cannot pay online, you may drop off a check or money order at our rental office.
Electric
Please call RGE at 1-800-743-2110 to have the electric turned on in your name as of your move-in date. Note: they abbreviate Meadows as MEA in their system. They will need to come read the meter, so please call today.
Enter your new RGE account number in the form below. We cannot provide keys without this information.
Resident ID Card
Every resident age 14 and over will be provided with a resident identification card. This card will grant access to the swimming pool, as well as be used for after hours lockouts.
Please use the form below to upload a recent headshot of each resident over the age of 14. (A selfie is fine!)
Cable & Internet
You may use any provider you wish for cable and internet service, including Spectrum and Frontier.
Please note that satellite dishes are not permitted as per the terms of the lease.

Accent Wall
You have the choice of 4 colors, shown in the photo, for the accent wall in your living room. Please use the form below to tell us which color you'd like.
Resident PIN
Each occupant over the age of 16 will be provided a unique Resident PIN. This PIN will provide you with access to the Laundry Room and Fitness Center.
You should receive an email with your PIN 24-48 hours prior to your move-in. If you do not, please let us know.
