From the South
Take 390 North to the Lake Ontario State Parkway.
Take the Parkway east to Greenleaf Rd Exit.
Go left on Greenleaf Rd. Turn right into Greenleaf Meadows.

From the West
Take 490 East to 390 North.
Take 390 North to the Lake Ontario State Parkway.
Take the Parkway east to Greenleaf Rd Exit.
Go left on Greenleaf Rd. Turn right into Greenleaf Meadows.

From the East
Take 490 West to 590 North. Exit at 104 West.
Take 104 West to Lake Avenue. Turn Right on Lake Avenue.
Stay on Lake for about 5 miles. Turn right onto Lake Ontario State Parkway.
Take Greenleaf Rd. Exit. Turn right onto Greenleaf.
Turn right into Greenleaf Meadows.
