If you currently have a boat or RV parked in the pool parking lot, please contact the office to re-register the vehicle and receive a new parking sticker. Non-registered vehicles will no longer be permitted to park in this lot. Thank you in advance for you cooperation!
Do not put any items on the lawn areas.
The lawn must remain clear so that the lawn crew can properly do their job.
Any items left on the lawn will be removed by maintenance.
For those of you with green thumbs, we will once again be holding a Best Garden contest.
Adult residents may now pick up complimentary flower seeds at the Rental Office.
Gardens should be contained to the garden area around your apartment or townhouse and will be judged only on flowers.
Other items are not permitted in lawn/garden areas.
Sidewalk chalk is not permitted to be used on the premises.
Safety Reminders
Please remember that there is no skateboarding allowed in Greenleaf Meadows. Staff will report any violations to the office manager.
Drive slowly through the complex, as children will be playing outside. Please obey the posted speed limit signs. Keep in mind that there may be times that you may need to go slower than the posted speed limit if you see other residents walking or riding their bicycles.
Patio Areas
Now that the weather is getting warmer, please take a few minutes to clean up your patio.
Remember that your patio area is in full view of the rest of the community and is not intended to be a storage area. The only items allowed to be stored on the patios are patio furniture and grills. If you choose to place toys or bicycles on your patio they must be kept in a clean and orderly fashion at all times.
Please do not attach any items to the building or siding at any time. This includes the wood trim around the siding. Staff will remove any such items without warning.
Grills must be facing away from the Building and have to be at least 3 feet from the siding at all times. Residents will be responsible for any damage to the siding.
Fire pits are not allowed on the premises at any time.
